Overview:

The GD32E1x3 series adopts the Cortex®-M4 core, with a maximum processor frequency of up to 120MHz. It integrates a complete DSP instruction set, parallel computing capabilities, and a dedicated single-precision floating-point unit (FPU). It is equipped with 64KB to 128KB of embedded Flash and 20KB to 32KB of SRAM. A universal interface to meet the mainstream development requirements, including up to 3 USArts, 2 UArts, 3 SPIs, 2 I2C, 2 I2S and 1 USB module. It is equipped with two 12-bit high-speed ADCs with a throughput of up to 2.6MSPS, which helps achieve higher precision in applications such as motor control. It supports 16 reusable channels, 16-bit hardware oversampling filtering function and resolution configurable function, and also has 2 12-bit Dacs. The chip is powered by a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V, and the I/O port can withstand a 5V level. The newly designed voltage domain supports advanced power management and offers three power-saving modes. It is fully applicable to various applications such as industrial control, Internet of Things, and consumer goods.

The main frequency of the GD32E103 product series is 120 MHz. It offers up to 128 KB of on-chip flash memory and 32 KB of SRAM memory. It also integrates USART+UART, I2C, SPI, USB FS OTG, I2S, EXMC (External Memory Controller), and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32E103 product series offers package options of QFN36, LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.
