Overview：

The GD32E502 product series adopts the Cortex®-M33 32-bit processor core and operates at a frequency as high as 100 MHz. It offers up to 384 KB of on-chip flash memory and up to 48 KB of SRAM. Various enhanced I/O and peripherals are connected to two APB buses. This product series offers two 12-bit ADCs, one DAC, one comparator, up to one general-purpose 16-bit timer, two basic timers, four PWM advanced timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces Up to 2 SPIs, 2 I2Cs, 3 USArts, 1 I2S and 2 Can-FDs. It also includes other peripherals, such as trigger selection controllers (TRIGSEL), multi-function communication interfaces (MFCOM), and DMA request multiplexers (DMAMUX). The GD32E502 product series is powered by a 2.7 to 5.5V power supply and has a temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. Multiple power-saving modes provide flexibility for achieving maximum optimization between wake-up delay and power consumption, which is particularly important at low power consumption. With numerous outstanding features, the GD32E502 product series is widely applicable in industrial control, motor drive, user interface, power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer and handheld devices, electric bicycles, optical modules and other fields. The GD32E502 product series has a main frequency of 100MHz and supports up to 384KB Flash, 48KB SARM and 64K/4K Data-Flash/EEPROM. It also integrates USART/LIN, I2C, SPI, CAN-FD, I2S, COMP, MFCOM and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32E502 product series offers package options of QFN32, LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.
