Overview:
The GD32H759 product series supports CAN-FD. Its main frequency is up to 600MHz, supporting up to 3840K Flash and 1024K SARM. It also integrates USB OTG, TFT-LCD, SAI, Ethernet, and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32H759 product series offers LQFP176 and BGA176 package options.
The GD32H7 series MCU adopts a 600MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 high-performance core based on the Armv7E-M architecture. It is equipped with an advanced DSP hardware accelerator and a double-precision floating-point unit (FPU), as well as a hardware trigangulation function accelerator (TMU) and a filter algorithm accelerator (FAC). It significantly reduces the burden on the kernel and helps improve processing efficiency. The GD32H7 series MCU is equipped with 1024KB to 3840KB of on-chip Flash and 1024KB of SRAM, including 512KB of configurable ultra-large tightly coupled memory (ITCM, DTCM), which ensures zero-wait execution of critical instructions and data. It is also equipped with 64KB L1-Cache high-speed cache (I-Cache, D-Cache), effectively enhancing the CPU processing efficiency and real-time performance.
The GD32H7 series MCU has added a large number of general-purpose peripheral resources, including 8 USART, 4 I2C, 6 SPI, 4 I2S, 2 SDIO, and 2 eight-wire OSPI(backward compatible with four-wire QSPI), etc. It is equipped with 2 USB2.0 OTG interfaces, and also integrates 3 CAN-FD controllers, 2 Ethernet channels and 1 EtherCAT® slave controller. The chip is equipped with a TFT LCD liquid crystal driver and a graphics processing accelerator IPA. It also integrates serial audio interfaces (SAI) and SPDIF audio interfaces, as well as 8-bit to 14-bit digital camera interfaces. It is equipped with 4 32-bit general-purpose timers, 12 16-bit general-purpose timers, 4 64-bit / 32-bit basic timers and 2 PWM advanced timers. The sampling rate of two 14-bit ADCs can reach 4MSPS, and that of one 12-bit ADC can be as high as 5.3MSPS. It also integrates high-precision analog peripherals such as a fast comparator (COMP) and DAC to support various motor control scenarios.
The GD32H7 series MCU is powered by 1.71V to 3.6V, supports advanced power management and offers three power supply modes (LDO/SMPS/ direct power supply) and five low-power modes, enabling flexible power supply strategies to balance overall energy consumption. The GD32H7 product series supports multiple security mechanisms, providing protection for data security during the communication process.
The GD32H7 series MCU can be widely used in various applications such as digital signal processing, motor frequency conversion, power supply, energy storage systems, civil unmanned aerial vehicles, audio and video, graphics and images, etc. Thanks to its ultra-high main frequency and large storage capacity, this series of MCUS is also suitable for many high-end innovative scenarios such as machine learning and edge computing.
