Overview:

The GD32L23x series MCU supports a main frequency of up to 64MHz, 64KB to 256 KB of eFlash, 16KB to 32KB of SRAM, as well as various enhanced I/O and peripheral resources connected to two APB buses. The GD32L23x series of MCUS achieve outstanding power efficiency. Equipped with a rich array of peripheral interfaces, the GPIO reuse rate is as high as 93%. It can be widely applied in typical markets, including industrial meters, consumer electronic devices, portable medical devices, battery management systems, data acquisition and transmission, etc.
