Overview:
The GD32VF103 series of MCUS adopts a brand-new Bumblebee processor core based on the open-source instruction set architecture RISC-V, offering a computing main frequency of 108MHz, as well as on-chip flash memory ranging from 16KB to 128KB and SRAM cache ranging from 6KB to 32KB. The chip is powered by 2.6V-3.6V, and the I/O ports can withstand a 5V level. Equipped with a variety of peripheral resources for a wide range of mainstream applications, including up to 3 USArts, 2 UArts, 3 SPIs, 2 I2C, 2 I2S, 2 CAN2.0B and 1 USB 2.0FS OTG, as well as an external bus expansion controller (EXMC). The built-in USB 2.0F OTG interface can provide multiple modes such as Device, HOST, and OTG. The external bus expansion controller (EXMC) is more convenient for connecting external memories such as NOR Flash and SRAM. It integrates two 12-bit high-speed ADCs with a sampling rate as high as 2.6M SPS, providing up to 16 reusable channels, and supports 16-bit hardware oversampling filtering function and resolution configurable function. It also has two 12-bit DCS. Up to 80% of GPIOs have multiple optional functions and support port remapping, continuously meeting the mainstream development application requirements with flexible and rich connectivity. It is fully applicable to embedded market applications in industrial control, consumer electronics, emerging IOT, edge computing and vertical industries.
The GD32VF103 product series has a main frequency of up to 108MHz and supports up to 128KB Flash and 32KB SARM. It also integrates USART+UART, I2C, SPI, CAN2.0B, USB FS, I2S, EXMC (External Memory Controller), and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32VF103 product series offers package options of QFN36, LQFP48, LQFP64 and LQFP100.
