The GD32W515PIQ6 is a high-performance Wi-Fi microcontroller (MCU) from GigaDevice's GD32W515 series. It integrates a powerful 180MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with a single-band 2.4GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n (Wi-Fi 4) radio frequency (RF) module into a single chip. Designed for secure and connected Internet of Things (IoT) devices, it features Arm TrustZone® hardware security technology and has obtained PSA Certified™ Level 1 security assurance. With its outstanding RF performance, rich peripheral set, and industrial-grade temperature range, this MCU provides a complete and reliable solution for developing smart home products, industrial IoT applications, and various consumer electronics requiring wireless connectivity.

Core and Performance: Based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core, with a maximum operating frequency of 180MHz, supporting DSP instructions and a Single-Precision Floating-Point Unit (FPU).

Wireless Connectivity: On-chip integration of a 2.4GHz single-stream IEEE 802.11b/g/n (Wi-Fi 4) MAC, baseband, and RF module, supporting network throughput up to 50-80Mbps with excellent anti-interference capability (Adjacent Channel Rejection ACR up to 48dB).

Security Features: Built-in Arm TrustZone® hardware security architecture, supporting Secure Boot and Secure Storage. It has obtained PSA Certified™ Level 1 security certification.
