3Peak LM2903D Datesheet

The devices in this series consist of dual comparators ona single monolithic substrate. The common-mode inputvoltage range includes ground even when the LM2903Dis operated from a single supply. The low power supplycurrent drain makes these comparators suitable for batteryoperation. These types are designed to directly interfacewith TTL and CMOS. The current drain is independent ofthe supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to otheropen-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.The LM2903D is a dual-channel version available in theSOP8 and MSOP8 packages. All devices are specified forthe temperature range from −40°C to +125°C.
