The IRLML5203TRPBF is a P-Channel HEXFET® Power MOSFET from Infineon Technologies (formerly International Rectifier), utilizing advanced processing techniques to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. This high-efficiency device is specifically designed for battery and load management applications where power density and thermal performance are critical. The MOSFET is housed in a thermally enhanced large-pad leadframe integrated into a standard SOT-23 package, known as the Micro3™, which offers the industry's smallest footprint for a power MOSFET. Its low profile (<1.1 mm) makes it ideal for space-constrained environments such as portable electronics and PCMCIA cards, while delivering best-in-class thermal resistance and power dissipation. The device features ultra low on-resistance, low gate charge, and is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging.
