MICROCHIP ATMEGA128L-8AU Datesheet

The Microchip ATmega128L-8AU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR® microcontroller featuring an advanced RISC architecture that delivers up to 16MIPS throughput at 16MHz. Packaged in a 64-lead TQFP, this device integrates 128KB of In-System Self-programmable Flash memory, 4KB EEPROM, and 4KB internal SRAM, with an additional 64KB of optional external memory space. Its robust non-volatile memory offers 10,000 write/erase cycles for Flash and 100,000 cycles for EEPROM, with data retention of 20 years at 85°C. The ATmega128L-8AU is equipped with a comprehensive set of peripherals, including two 8-bit and two 16-bit timer/counters, up to 6 PWM channels with programmable resolution (2 to 16 bits), an 8-channel 10-bit ADC with differential inputs and programmable gain (up to 200x), dual USARTs, and SPI and TWI (I²C) interfaces. It also features a JTAG interface supporting boundary-scan, extensive on-chip debugging, and programming capabilities.
