onsemi FDC6330L STOCK

This device is a compact load switch designed for power management in portable electronics requiring 3V to 20V input and up to 2.3A output current capability. It integrates a small N-Channel power MOSFET (Q1) that drives a larger P-Channel power MOSFET (Q2) within a tiny SuperSOT™-6 package. The device features extremely low on-resistance thanks to high-performance PowerTrench™ technology, achieving dropout voltages as low as 0.2V at 12VIN/2.5A and 5VIN/1.6A. The control MOSFET (Q1) includes built-in Zener protection for ESD ruggedness exceeding 6kV (Human Body Model). The copper lead-frame SuperSOT™-6 package delivers superior thermal and electrical performance, making this load switch ideal for load actuation and power management applications in space-constrained systems.

General Description:

This device is particularly suited for compact powermanagement in portable electronic equipment where 3Vto 20V input and 2.3A output current capability are needed. This load switch integrates a small N-Channel powerMOSFET (Q1) which drives a large P-Channel powerMOSFET (Q2) in one tiny SuperSOTTM-6 package.

Features:

• VDROP = 0.2V @ VIN = 12V, IL=2.5 A. R(ON)= 0.08 ΩVDROP = 0.2V @ VIN= 5V,IL= 1.6 A. R(ON)= 0.125 Ω.

• Control MOSFET (Q1) includes Zener protection forESD ruggedness (>6kV Human Body Model).

• High performance PowerTrenchTM technology for extremely low on-resistance.
