Onsemi SZMMBZ27VCLT1G

The SZMMBZ27VCLT1G from Onsemi is a dual monolithic common cathode silicon zener diode designed for voltage and ESD protection in space-constrained applications. Housed in a compact SOT-23 package, it protects two separate lines using only one package, making it ideal for equipment such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical devices.
