MICROCHIP PIC24FJ128GA106-I/PT STOCK

The PIC24FJ128GA106-I/PT is a high-performance 16-bit Flash microcontroller from Microchip's eXtreme Low Power (XLP) PIC24F family. Built around a modified Harvard architecture, it delivers up to 16 MIPS performance at 32 MHz while maintaining exceptional power efficiency, with Run-mode consumption as low as 1 mA/MIPS and standby current of only 2.6 µA (with 32 kHz oscillator). The device integrates 128 KB of Flash program memory and 16 KB of SRAM data memory, housed in a 64-pin TQFP package. This MCU offers a comprehensive set of analog and digital peripherals, including a 10-bit ADC with up to 16 channels (500 ksps), three analog comparators, a Charge Time Measurement Unit (CTMU) for capacitive touch sensing, and extensive communication interfaces (four UARTs, three I²C, and three SPI modules). The innovative Peripheral Pin Select (PPS) feature allows flexible I/O mapping of digital peripherals at runtime, greatly simplifying PCB layout. With integrated hardware multiplier/divider,
