Puya P25C16H STOCK

The P25C16H is Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible EEPROM (Electrically Erasable ProgrammableMemory) device. It contains a memory array of 16 Kbits (2 Kbytes), which is organized in 32 bytes per page.The Puya P25C16H is a 16Mb SPI NOR Flash memory designed for high-speed, reliable non-volatile data storage in embedded applications. It features fast read and write operations, low power consumption, and a standard SPI interface for seamless integration with microcontrollers and digital devices. With high endurance, robust data retention, and a wide operating temperature range, the P25C16H is ideal for consumer electronics, industrial control systems, IoT devices, and other applications requiring stable and efficient Flash memory.
