The STM32G0B1CCT6 is a high-performance, low-power 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, operating at frequencies up to 64 MHz and integrating ST’s advanced patented technologies. It features 512 Kbytes of dual-bank flash memory (with read-while-write support and security protection) and 144 Kbytes of SRAM (128 Kbytes with hardware parity check), delivering robust data storage and processing capabilities.
