ST STM32L496ZGT6 Datesheet

The STM32L496ZGT6 is an ultra-low-power microcontroller from STMicroelectronics based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit core with a Floating-Point Unit (FPU). Operating at frequencies up to 80 MHz, the device delivers 100 DMIPS and supports DSP instructions. It features an Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™) enabling 0-wait-state execution from Flash memory. With FlexPowerControl technology, the device offers multiple low-power modes including 25 nA Shutdown mode, 108 nA Standby mode, and 2.57 µA Stop 2 mode, achieving an industry-leading 91 µA/MHz in Run mode (LDO mode) or 37 µA/MHz (SMPS mode). The device integrates up to 1 MB of dual-bank Flash memory with read-while-write capability and 320 KB of SRAM (including 64 KB with hardware parity check).
