The STP75NF20 from STMicroelectronics is an N-channel power MOSFET realized with ST’s unique STripFET™ process, specifically engineered to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. This makes it ideally suited as a primary switch in advanced high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converters.
