ST STP75NF75

The STP75NF75 from STMicroelectronics is an N-channel power MOSFET realized with ST’s unique STripFET™ process, specifically designed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge. This makes it ideally suited as a primary switch in advanced high-efficiency, high-frequency isolated DC-DC converters for telecom and computer applications, as well as any application with low gate drive requirements. The device features exceptional dv/dt capability and is 100% avalanche tested for guaranteed ruggedness and reliability. The STP75NF75 is intended for switching applications requiring improved efficiency and performance at high frequencies.
