The STM32F4 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM® Cortex™-M4 core with a floating-point unit (FPU) and DSP instructions, operating at frequencies up to 168 MHz. It delivers 210 DMIPS with 0-wait state execution from Flash via the Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™). The device features up to 1 Mbyte of Flash memory and 192+4 Kbytes of SRAM, including 64 Kbytes of core-coupled memory (CCM) for critical data. It offers extensive connectivity options including dual USB 2.0 OTG (full-speed and high-speed), 10/100 Ethernet MAC with IEEE 1588v2, up to 15 communication interfaces (I2C, USART/UART, SPI/I2S, CAN, SDIO), and a flexible static memory controller for external memories. Analog peripherals include three 12-bit ADCs (up to 7.2 MSPS in triple interleaved mode) and two 12-bit DACs.
