The STM32F401CCU6 is a high-performance microcontroller from STMicroelectronics based on the ARM® 32-bit Cortex®-M4 core with a Floating Point Unit (FPU). Operating at a frequency of up to 84 MHz, it delivers 105 DMIPS and features the Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™) for 0-wait state execution from Flash memory. The device integrates up to 256 Kbytes of Flash memory and 64 Kbytes of SRAM. It offers a rich set of peripherals including a 12-bit ADC, 16-stream DMA controller, up to 11 timers, and advanced communication interfaces such as USB 2.0 OTG, up to 4 SPIs, 3 USARTs, and 3 I2C ports. Designed for power efficiency, it features multiple supply voltage ranges and low-power modes including Stop and Standby, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, consumer, and connectivity applications.
