Description：

The TPS51200DRCR is a sink and source double data rate (DDR) termination regulator specifically designed for low-input voltage, low-cost, and low-noise systems where PCB space is a critical consideration . It is fully compliant with DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, and DDR4 memory power requirements, providing up to 3A of output current for VTT bus termination . The device maintains fast transient response and requires a minimum output capacitance of only 20µF . It features remote sensing (VOSNS) for improved regulation accuracy and a buffered low-noise reference output (VTTREF). An open-drain PGOOD signal monitors output regulation, and the EN pin can be used to discharge VTT during S3 (suspend-to-RAM) states in DDR applications . The device is housed in a thermally efficient 10-pin VSON package with an exposed thermal pad and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C .
