TI OPA171AQDBVRQ1 STOCK

The OPA171AQDBVRQ1 is a high-voltage, low-noise operational amplifier from Texas Instruments' OPAx171-Q1 family, designed for automotive and industrial applications requiring robust performance across a wide supply range. It operates from 2.7 V to 36 V (or ±1.35 V to ±18 V) and delivers 3 MHz of gain bandwidth while consuming only 475 µA of quiescent current per channel. This device features low offset drift (±0.3 µV/°C typical), low noise (14 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), and rail-to-rail output swing. The input range extends 100 mV below the negative rail and up to 2 V above the positive rail, with phase-reversal protection for over-rail signals. It is stable with capacitive loads up to 300 pF. Housed in a space-saving 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, the OPA171AQDBVRQ1 is AEC-Q100 qualified (Grade 1, –40°C to +125°C) and is ideal for precision signal conditioning in power modules, sensors, bridges, temperature measurement, and battery-powered test equipment.

Description:

The OPA171-Q1 family of devices are 36‑V, single‑supply, low‑noise operational amplifiers that operate over a supply voltage range of 2.7 V (±1.35 V) to 36 V (±18 V). These devices are available in a variety of packages and feature low offset, low drift, and low quiescent current. Single‑, dual‑, and quad‑channel versions have identical specifications to maximize design flexibility. Unlike most op amps, which are specified at only one supply voltage, the OPAx171‑Q1 family is fully rated over the 2.7 V to 36 V range. Input signals that exceed the supply rails do not cause phase reversal. The OPAx171‑Q1 devices are stable with capacitive loads up to 300 pF. The input range operates normally from 100 mV below the negative rail to 2 V above the positive rail. These devices maintain rail‑to‑rail input operation up to 100 mV above the positive rail, but with degraded performance when within 2 V of the positive rail. The OPAx171‑Q1 op‑amp family is specified for operation from –40 °C to +125 °C.
