The GD30AP72x family of single-, dual-, andquad- channel operational amplifiers represents anew generation of general-purpose, low-power opamps. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO)swings, low quiescent current (typical 780µA)combined with a wide bandwidth (11MHz) andvery low noise (8nV/√Hz at 1KHz) makes thisfamily very attractive for a variety of batterypowered applications that require a good balancebetween cost and performance, such as audiooutputs, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners and white goods. Thelow input bias current supports these amplifiers to beused in applications with mega-ohm source impedances.The robust design of the GD30AP72x amplifiersprovides ease-of-use to the circuit designer: unity-gainstability with capacitive loads of up to 500pF, integratedRF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal in overdriveconditions, and high electro-static discharge (ESD)protection (3kV HBM). The GD30AP72x amplifiers areoptimized for operation at voltages as low as +1.8V(±0.9V) and up to +5.5V (±2.75V) at the temperaturerange of 0°C to 70°C, and operation at voltages from+2.0V (±1.0V) to +5.5V (±2.75V) over the extendedtemperature range of −40°C to +125°C.The GD30AP721/GD30AP723 (single) is available inSOT23-5L, SC70-5L and SOIC-8L packages. TheGD30AP722 (dual) is offered in DFN2x2-8L, SOIC-8L,MSOP-8L and SOT23-8L packages. The quad ofGD30AP724 is offered in both SOIC-14L and TSSOP14L packages.
