The GD30AP8554 of quad-channel amplifiersprovides input offset voltage correction for verylow offset and drift through the use of patented faststep response chopper stabilized techniques. This method constantly measures and compensates theinput offset, eliminating drift over time and temperatureand the effect of 1/f noise. This design breakthroughallows the combination of a GBWP of 1.5MHz and a highSR of 1.2V/μs, while only drawing 125μA supply current.These devices are unity gain stable and have goodPower Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) and CommonMode Rejection Ratio (CMRR).

Description:

This design breakthroughallows the combination of a GBWP of 1.5MHz and a highSR of 1.2V/μs, while only drawing 125μA supply current.These devices are unity gain stable and have goodPower Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) and CommonMode Rejection Ratio (CMRR).The GD30AP8554 amplifiers are perfectly suited forapplications that require precision amplification of lowlevel signals, in which error sources cannot be tolerated,even in which high bandwidth and fast transition areneeded. The rail-to-rail input and output swings makeboth high-side and low-side sensing easy. TheGD30AP8554 can operate with a single supply voltageas low as 1.8V for 2-cell battery applications.The GD30AP8554 op-amps have enhanced EMIprotection to minimize any electromagnetic interferencefrom external sources, and have high electro-staticdischarge (ESD) protection (5-kV HBM). All models arespecified over the extended industrial temperature rangeof −40°C to +125°C.

– ±10μV (maximum) VOS with a Drift of ±50nV/°C(maximum)

– AVOL: 112dB (minimum, VDD = 5.5V)

– PSRR: 112dB (minimum, VDD = 5.5V)

– CMRR: 112dB (minimum, VDD = 5.5V)

– Vn: 0.45μVPP (typical, f = 0.1 to 10Hz)

• 1.5MHz Bandwidth and 1.2V/μs Slew Rate

• Settling Time to 0.1% with 1V Step: 1.2μs

• Overload Recovery Time to 0.1%: 35μs

• Micro-Power 125μA per Amplifier and 1.8V to5.5V Wide Supply Voltage Range

• Operating Temperature Range: −40°C to+125°C
