The GD30TS004T is GigaDevice’s new high accuracydigital temperature sensor. Its functionality includesenhanced signal processing, two distinctive and userselectable I2C addresses and communication speedsof up to 1MHz. The DFN package has a footprint of 2mmx 2mm while keeping a height of 0.75 mm. This allowsfor integration of the GD30TS004T into a great variety ofapplications. Additionally, the wide supply voltage rangeof 1.6V to 5.5V guarantees compatibility with a widerange of applications.
