The GD30TS100N and GD30TS101N are two highprecision, low-power digital temperature sensors thatcan replace NTC/PTC thermistors and can be used fortemperature measurement in communications,computers, consumer electronics, environment, industry,and instrumentation applications. The GD30TS100Nand GD30TS101N can provide temperature accuracy of≤ ±0.5°C within the normal operating range of −55°C to+125°C, and have good temperature linearity.The rated operating voltage range of the GD30TS100Nand GD30TS101N is 2.7V to 5.5V, and the quiescentoperating current during temperature conversion is lessthan 40μA. The 12bit ADC integrated inside the chip hasa resolution as low as 0.0625°C.The GD30TS100N and GD30TS101N are available inthe SOT23-6 package compatible with SMBus and I2Cinterfaces, and have the SMBus alarm function.
