GD30TS110T is a high-precision digital temperaturesensor optimized for human body temperaturemeasurement. It can achieve 16-bit (0.0078125°C)temperature output without any external temperaturesensing unit, and has a temperature measurement errorof less than ±0.1°C in the range of 30°C to 45°C.GD30TS110T supports four packaging forms: WLCSP4 、 MCLGA-4 、 DFN-6 and TO-92S. The former isextremely small and suitable for applications withextremely limited space; the latter can conduct heatrapidly and is designed for measuring the surfacetemperature of human skin.GD30TS110T supports single-line communication andcan mount up to 16 slaves, requiring only a single signalline to obtain temperature output.
