Overview :

GD30TSHT4A is a new generation of single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by GigaDevice. It was developed based on GigaDevice's extremely weak signal detection design platform and MEMS process design platform. Integrating highly sensitive MEMS humidity-sensitive components on silicon-based CMOS wafers can reduce the interference of multi-chip signal transmission, decrease the chip area, and enhance the reliability of packaging. The chip adopts a miniaturized DFN package, with external dimensions of 2.00mm x 2.00mm and a height of 0.75mm. This enables the GD30TSHT4A to be integrated into various application scenarios. In addition, the wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 5.5V enables it to adapt to various power supply environments.
