STMicroelectronics STM32F302CBT6

The STM32F302CBT6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, built around an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with floating-point unit (FPU), operating at up to 72 MHz. It features 128 to 256 Kbytes of Flash memory and up to 40 Kbytes of SRAM with hardware parity check. The device offers extensive analog integration, including two ADCs with selectable resolution, a 12-bit DAC, four rail-to-rail comparators, and two operational amplifiers configurable as PGAs. With up to 87 fast I/Os, a flexible interconnect matrix, and a 12-channel DMA controller, it supports complex real-time control. Advanced timing resources include a 32-bit timer, a 6-channel advanced-control timer with PWM and deadtime generation, and multiple 16-bit timers. Communication interfaces comprise CAN, up to five USART/UARTs, and two I2C Fast Mode Plus interfaces. The MCU also features capacitive sensing channels, a calendar RTC, multiple low-power modes, and operates across a supply voltage range of 2.0

• Four fast rail-to-rail analog comparators withanalog supply from 2 to 3.6 V

• Two operational amplifiers that can be used inPGA mode, all terminals accessible withanalog supply from 2.4 to 3.6 V

• Up to 24 capacitive sensing channels supportingtouchkey, linear and rotary touch sensors

• Up to 11 timers
